Food Stand, Pie and Cashier Schedule was enclosed with your newsletter. Leaders, please note that your club is listed more than once. Some older 4-H members are being asked to work later due to 4-H Council assistance with scholarships, CWF and other activities. Thank you to those who returned the preference form. We tried to accommodate the preferences, but some time slots filled quickly and we were unable to fill every request.
Most or all of the assignments were made based on your abilities and knowledge. All the time slots require special handling and responsibility. Your club was assigned with these attributes in mind. Please remember the skills you acquire from this experience should serve you well.
NOTE: The adults listed under the cashier column are NOT the adults in charge of the kitchen crew. Additional adults should be in the kitchen for supervision. Please note: the profits from the food stand go to the 4-H Council, which uses the money to keep our 4-H program going.
It is extremely important that everyone shows up for their turn at working in the 4-H Food Stand. Assignments are made according to the number of 4-H members enrolled in your club. If you are unable to work your scheduled time, it is your responsibility to find a substitute and notify the office of the change. The 4-H Council feels you are able and ready to assist.
